Not as fluffy as your normal Coffee Shop AU but super enjoyable. It has kind of a failwolf feel about it, but without outright mocking Derek for being not so great as social skills. Always a plus for me.

Very enjoyable. I liked this because while there's angst, the story doesn't get bogged down by it. The pacing is really good. Gives enough time to let the romance breathe, allowing the reader to really believe in it. It also has Derek's reticence and gruff behaviour without making it a character flaw. I'm always a fan of that. Sure, he could communicate better but so could Stiles. It's good.
Derek is the dog-trainer that Stiles desperately needs. It turns out he might be something else Stiles desperately needs as well.
Overall a pretty sweet story. The whole "I don't think I deserve a mate" thing isn't drawn out and it's something I appreciate.
