Ive determined that if I really want to get something done and properly motivate myself I can go hard on doing things I really want to do but normally put off because work and effort and adhd but that doesnt help as much as I want it to when the reality is that all I can ever figure out for motivation is just taking away stuff I like/wanna do until I finish shit and I dont wanna live like that
