I headcanon that Belos/Philip would absolutely MELT if you were to mess with his hands. If you turned and kissed his palm when he had your cheek cupped, you'd see his eyes widen as well as see him shiver.

It's probably a good way to get him revved up too. Pull off his gauntlets/gloves and just love on his hands, guide them to wherever you want him to touch you, leave soft love bites on his fingers, leave kisses that start at the palm and threaten to go up his arms (which would be another thing entirely, tracing his carvings and expressing the want to heal them), etc. He's putty at that point since he wouldn't let anyone touch his bare hands for 400 years.

It’s you and Iwaizumi’s spot; a little area on Seijoh’s campus that everyone knows it’s just for you and him; and sometimes the other 3rd year volleyball boys and your friends. It’s the place where the two of you first met as 1st years: fighting over this spot for you and your group of friends and he and his crew to have lunch at. There’s a table big enough for a couple of people and a big cherry tree to give shade. It was especially beautiful in spring with the cherry blossoms in bloom; that’s why you two fought for it. In the end, you and Iwaizumi decided all of your friends and his could share this spot. It’s the place you cried to him when some dumb boy decided to break your heart during your 2nd year: Valentine’s Day and you confessed but the other boy just laughed. The volleyball player pulls you into a tight hug and vows to spike a ball to that guy’s head for turning someone as wonderful you away. He holds you as you cry and tells you all the reasons why you’re amazing and promises that someone better will come your way. Classmates would tell you that that certain person was right in front of you. It’s the place he confesses to you during your 3rd year; it’s your birthday and your friends have told you to be at the usual spot at this certain time. You raise an eyebrow but you comply only to find the area decorated in balloons, streamers, and a big banner that says “Happy Birthday!” Iwaizumi is waiting for you there, looking nervous. When you ask him what’s all this for, he can’t help just blurting out “I LIKE YOU!!” You blink as he shouted his confession at you while everyone watching snickers and giggle. Even the teachers roll their eyes in amusement. You smile warmly at him and, to his relief, tell him “I like you too.” It’s the place he promises you forever: it’s graduation day and the future holds uncertainty. But you’re optimistic and even if distance separates you and him, you know that won’t change your feelings for him. He tells you that as well. “I love you… No ocean nor mountain will keep us apart for long.” And as the cherry blossoms flutter about, the two of you share a kiss that speaks in more depth than words on how much the two of you love each other. It’s you and Iwaizumi’s spot, people say even after you two are no longer Seijoh students; the memory of the sweetest love story etched into the table that rests under the cherry tree.
