such a busy day today 😫 took our mattress to the tip, went to view our new house again with my mum, took apart our bed frame and hoovered up the disgusting under-bed dust, and set up our air bed for the next few weeks...also had to go into town to drop an insane amount of stuff at the charity shop and I had to go to the post office to post 7 big parcels full of clothes I’ve sold. had to queue for ages outside the post office with loads of other people and I fucking hated it. what made it worse is that the guy immediately behind us in the queue was a full on conspiracy theorist and he was trying to brainwash this unsuspecting woman behind him into believing all this shit about covid being a hoax. he made reference to all that new world order stuff and he said we’re all going to end up with a new world currency and covid has been engineered by the WHO to cover it all up. he said the fact that the first man in the uk to get the vaccine was called william shakespeare is a purposely manufactured stunt to subliminally project the message that covid is a “show” in a “theatre”. he was also saying this stuff about some ancient stone tablets with something or other inscribed on them...fuck knows. it was so hard to listen to it, meanwhile stood there in public for the first time in the best part of a year out of necessity, trying not to have a panic attack. inside the post office he was the only person who didn’t wear a mask and he was loudly saying stuff about “more people needing to rise up and say no” and it was making me fucking itch. he was walking around between people showing them these Qanon style websites and telling them to research it when they got home. had to be today didn’t it. so yeah, I’m tired

Been called off for working today, though I may or may not end up working tomorrow due to some uh. Confusion with my last day and all. But there's only two possible days after this before I'm going to be done here And that's. That means yesterday may or may not have been my very last day, and that's kinda disappointing.
