An hour ago I really just wanted to go back to bed before having to start my day. I found myself unable to fall asleep and thought, "Meh, I'll just chill with the cat then." Then I thought, "Wtf, no. Go to the gym." Lbvs SO that's what I did. I was hoping it'd wake me up. It didn't and I could still go for a nap, BUT my body feels really good and I'm glad I got off of the couch :) The fitbit says "run" but it was more "walking at 3.0mph" since my back still doesn't allow running.
