I always find these amazing little things when I look through my sewing stash. Hosiery repair kit gifted to me at some point by who knows? Those are not matches.. apparently you wet it and apply it to a run. Someone handed me a knotted up bag full of notions, buttons and threads once. It probably came from there. Much of it was sort of mangled but still neat to sift through.
