Guilty Pleasure Headcanons?

Well this is definitely a fun question!!! I think mines may pale in comparison to many other people's but here are some of my Stolas headcanons!

Stolas Headcanons:

Stolas is the possessive type in the most like- submissive and adorable way possible. He doesn't display it in public, but believe me that man will absolutely let you know when he is frustrated you're giving someone else attention.

He absolutely loves giving his partner gifts and while he is wealthy, it is usually hand made gifts or very special dates. He isn't the materialistic type.

I headcanon him as they/he and nonbinary with a very fluid type of presentation. Sexuality wise he is a gay man (fuckin obvi), but I do think he'd be interested in gender non conforming individuals and trans folks purely because they understand how he feels internally when he talks about feeling "othered" in society.

Genuinely think he likes shorter people. Purely because it's easier for snuggles and hugs.

His favorite nickname from my OC/Incu-sona for Helluva Boss is "bluebird". It's the first nickname he gets after him and Blitz break up in their story and means a lot to him.

Absolute lover of kisses, doesn't matter the kind, but absolutely adores them. Very tender type.

Despite not understanding Octavia he thoroughly enjoys her music taste and does like rock and metal in general. I think Stolas would also pick it up from just being around Blitz or Loona.

Marriage is something he absolutely dreams about in the cheesiest most wholesome of ways.

When it comes to intimacy while he does prefer being on the bottom, he absolutely is a soft and encouraging top who takes his time, but makes sure you're pleased. He is consistently watching your body language for any sense of distress to make sure you're not overwhelmed.

He is a sadist and masochist, but those aren't things that are required for him to get off. I feel like he is fine with whatever his partner is into as long as it's interesting and not purely missionary.

Absolutely has a blood kink and does not mind being bit.

I do think him and Vassago have been intimate in the past and I think could have similar tastes in men.

I think if he's with someone they have to be involved in the arts of some kind. (For example Blitz being a performer/entertainer, and my OC/Incu-sona being a writer and former acrobat.)

He's attracted to intellect, but it's not required for him to enjoy a person's company.

Uses his magic in the bedroom, often, like a lot. . . a lot a lot.

He's definitely a lover of thick thighs, but also has a thing for pretty hands. Not in a purely sexual way, but in a sense that he can appreciate them anatomically for their beauty.

Despite being inexperienced sexually, he has the stamina of a fucking bunny that wants to breed.

Moving on, definitely wants to have more kids, but literally cannot due to the anatomical makeup of the group he is attracted to, but still is adamant about it in the bedroom.

Angel Dust is his best friend besides Vassago. Met him at a party once and the two clicked.

Stolas likes a partner who is a swtich that does have a more submissive side. He isn't "controlling", but having a partner who actually listens to him is sexy in it's own right.

Takes baths with his partner constantly. He loves the feeling of pampering his partner and making them feel cared for.

If you're someone with mental illness or any type of disorders and etc, he is more than the willing type to accommodate and make you feel better. He will sit and watch cheesy films or snuggle all day to make you feel better.

Despite loving soap operas and reality TV, he also enjoys animated shows.

He is a literary nut and can quote Shakespeare with ease.

Loves hand holding.

Enjoys doing his partner's makeup.

Loves curly hair because of how unique it is. Understands he can't just run his hand through them, but will sit and be enamored by how the hair coils and is so intricate, even noting your head can have more than one curl pattern and just being enamored. Definitely asks if he can help maintain your hair or style it and is willing to learn more about it.

Writes you poetry all the time and often leaves love notes in your things.

Despite being an older gentleman, Stolas can enjoy gaming, but prefers things like cozy games like farming sims or visual novels, especially ones with puzzles. Consider things like Animal Crossing or Mad Father.

His favorite book genre is romance, but I think enjoys a good cozy mystery or fantasy novel once in a while.

Is a literary snob and can be very picky about what he reads.

He will have you cosplay as the Phantom from Phantom of The Opera in bed at least once.

He is socially awkward as all hell, especially at clubs. He doesn't entirely know how to get people interested in him.

Is an introvert and homebody, but if you're an outgoing person he will match your energy.

When he gets aggravated the easiest way to calm him down is just say ". . . I'm sorry but when you yell at me that's hot as fuck." He cannot help but laugh and will turn away from you, trying to tell you he's not laughing. Usually ends with you both giggling.

I think that's all of the things I can think of lol. These are all my personal headcanons, but no, I do not feel guilty about any of them.

welcome to the community! to start your beginning, what are some headcanons you have for stolas? :D

Oh goodness, thank you! I only recently returned to tumblr and so much has changed, haha!

Headcanons, huh? I haven't had much time to think about it and I do most of my exploring while playing around. Let's dive into some small/minor things that might pair well with what we already know!

☪ We caught a glimpse of Stolas' garden and just from that little bit, it appears quite extravagant! Because I love the concept of mithridatism, I'm going to propose/headcanon that at one time, Stolas regularly took small, non-lethal doses of certain poison concoctions. Being a Goetia, after all, comes with risks. That being said, somewhere along the way he stopped participating in it. ☪ It wasn't until mid-way through their marriage (before Octavia's hatching) that Stolas started taking his medication, which I safely assume works like an SSRI for anxiety/depression. ☪ In the show, many characters indulge in human-based foods (ice cream, Stolas when he eats his cereal, coffee, etc.). Stolas loves fruity/sweetened cereals and has a particular taste for desserts. Primarily, he indulges in these things when upset (especially when saddened).

Stolas With A Small, Shy, Male Imp Crush

After the whole brunch incident, you'll see and hear of Stolas more often, most of which involves him flirting with Blitzo.

But the more and more you ended up seeing him, the more he stopped flirting with Blitzo and he began flirting with you.

You are somewhere between Moxxie and Blitzo in height since Stolas doesn't seem to like very tiny imps.

But he thinks you are absolutely adorable due to how cutely small you are rather then miniscule.

He will become clingy with you and begins calling you all the time, asking for several sexual favours which I am not going to talk about.

Soon enough, he'll start wanting sex with you for the book instead of Blitzo, which makes him a bit sad but he tries not to care.

You best be prepared for awkward step parent moments with Octavia and Stella trying to kill you all the time because you'll practically be living with the guy.

He loves the blush adorning your already red face whenever he is near. It just makes you even more adorable.

You best love him back because he's pretty clearly in love with you and I don't think anything is going to change that anytime soon.

It might go without saying, but I want to document the particulars of Stolas’ sexuality here for posterity; since it’s pretty noticeable that even though he’s grey-ace, owl boy here is a flirty little shit. He’s pretty much down for some casual making out with anyone who’s interested at any given time, but he’ll usually give them a heads-up in advance that he doesn’t plan on taking it further so everyone’s copacetic to begin with. You have to earn the sex with him. That doesn’t even necessarily mean forming a serious relationship, just spend enough time with him that he kind of flips that internal switch over to “okay you’re cool we can bang now.” There’s pretty much only three people (demons) that he would have casual sex with if they offered, no questions asked, and that’s probably because he knows them well enough (Belphegor, Orobas, and Dantalion).

Headcanons

- Stolas sees the world in black and white. He cannot see color, however, he can feel color, meaning he can tell what color something is by touching it. Because of this, he tends to go around randomly touching things which often makes him look like a total weirdo (which he kind of is anyway).

- Since he's an expert on herbs, he often makes herbal tea for himself and others to help with stress. 

- He has an unusual penchant for cherries.

- Stolas likes to take the shape of a normal owl (save for the bright blue eyes) and fly his way around on earth, causing various forms of mischief amongst the humans.

- Because he spends so much time in owl form, some owl-like mannerisms carry over when he takes his humanoid form, i.e. flapping his arms and waving his hands about animately, tilting his head to the side at extreme angles, and saying "who? who?" when the situation calls for it. He also has a bad habit of forgetting that he can't in fact turn his head around 180 degrees in his human form.

- In his human form, Stolas has several bad habits, or more accurately, "I'm immortal anyway so why the fuck not" habits, including drinking alcohol and smoking both tobacco and weed. 

- He thoroughly enjoys skateboarding to get places in his human form, because it feels more like flying (Granted, he's faceplanted more times than he's willing to admit to).

- His collection of precious gemstones is so vast that sometimes when he's bored, he'll take out a handful of them and juggle them just for something to do.

- Stolas considers himself somewhere on the asexual/demisexual spectrum.

- When he gets excited, startled, or agitated, he squawks. Loudly.

- He likes to hang upside down in random places, regardless of whether he happens to be in owl form or human form. Apparently it helps him focus.
