Lovely day in #lymeregis in the @jurassiccoastofficial #worldheritage site. In the morning when the tide was high we visited #dinosaurland museum, @lymemuseum and various #fossil shops like #thelymefossilshop and @oldforgefossil We then headed to #charmouth and walked #stonebarrow beach below #blackvenmarls and #belamnitemarls finding some ammonite and belamnites which was good going considering the lack of recent storms and large number of summer collectors. We also visited the #charmouthheritagecentre and saw David Attenborough's #icthyosaur Finally we returned to #lymeregis visiting #monmouthbeach with its #ammonite graveyard and giant amminites.
