Taking the same non-permanent marker, Josef quickly writes "Greedy" on Charlie's hand in order to match his own.
“Hey hey hey! I’m not that greedy y’know. I just... like gold. A lot. Maybe I am a bit, huh?”
[Wow. That does look great. Bravo.]

"What do you propose?"
“You’re looking for data on Stands, aren’t you? My own is very unique. In fact I would go so far as to say you’ve found none other like it.”
She smirked and waved her hand gracefully. Within seconds a ghostly arm materialized, overshadowing her own. Almost as if timid, Junai Lens revealed itself in full. It stuck close to her shoulders, as if a koala bear latching to its mother. Her voice was cheery, a church bell ringing in spring.
“Would you like a demonstration of Junai Lens?”
That Library Thread
(( @stonegemeaux | closed thread ))
Geddie was pretty sure she was almost finished reading every single book in the local library’s ‘history’ section. There were only a few left--and it had only taken her half a year to get through it so far.
With her arms full of books to return, she arrived at the library. And after dropping said books off at the front desk, she immediately headed for the ‘History’ section of the library.
She’d recalled seeing a book about the Steel Ball Run. She hadn’t gotten to it yet--it was one of the last books toward the end of the section. And of course, it had interested her to no end--but before checking out that particular book, she had to get through the rest of the books on the shelf in order. No cheating. No skipping. No going out of order.
And today was the day she’d get to finally check out that book.
She finally reached the shelf she was looking for. Geddie knelt and scanned the spines of the books, immediately grabbing the ones she knew were next in order. She expectantly reached for the Steel Ball Run book--
--but it wasn’t there.
She set her armful of books aside and carefully checked each row of shelves to see if it had been misplaced. But her search yielded no results.
With a huff, Geddie gathered her books into her arms and rose. Well, even if she couldn’t find the book she really wanted, maybe she could at least try to start reading one of the books she’d grabbed. She started scanning the immediate area, looking for a table to sit at and collect her thoughts.
