If you were to actually see a women hit a man you would laugh thinking he did something wrong and take the women’s side but if it were a man to hit a women she is immediately vulnerable and she did nothing wrong. This genuinely sickens me so much and makes me wanna cry, not only that Percy never did anything to ANNABETH. She bullied him first for no reason. She thinks she can get it all from being mean and Percy thinks he is always in the wrong and that it’s right for her to discipline him.

What disgust me so much is how he wrote them. The fact he thinks that he can “empower” women by making them smart and such a “girlboss” and extremely “strong” or “pretty” and all that does nothing. And it’s genuinely so sad how he says it’s based of his relationship, honestly makes me think if is asking for help atp. This man does NOT. Know how to right a girl or their feels or how a man should be treated in a relationship. He clearly doesn’t know what a freaking abusive relationship is and took inspiration off the old times when women can hit a man with a club and claim them as hers. Idk it feels like I’m yapping at this point and don’t make sense.

Nowadays, children, teenagers, and even some adults live under abusive homes or controlling environments, so most likely they have lots of things they could say to their parents or guardians yet are afraid to do so because they expect punishment or worse. We all want these individuals to gain the courage to speak up, because their voices deserve to be heard, so here is the idea.

"THE EXCHANGE CHAMBER"

The idea is that two people, the child/victim and the parent/guardian will be placed in a small room but they will be separated by a wall with a glass panel with a hole for clear speaking. They will both sit in front of eachother. The parent/guardian will be tested for drugs or alcoholic elements first before proceeding. If the person is tested positive for either of these, they will be strictly restricted from using drugs or consuming alcohol for 1 day or more based on the intensity of the effects the substances give. This procedure applies to the victim too regardless of age. In the room, the parent/guardian will not be allowed to speak whatsoever any under circumstances, and will be restrained on the chair too if they tend to get physically violent. On the other side, the victim/child will be allowed to speak freely whatsoever, as long as they do not involve violent intentions, as the entire conversation will be recorded and investigated by both psychologists and lawyers for any sign of mentioned/general domestic violence. The victim will be encouraged to express themselves (e.g shouting, yelling, cursing) as long as they do not attempt to get physical. The idea of this test is to let parents/guardians feel the pain they had inflicted on their child after they had made them intensely suffer. The time limit is unlimited, and there will be a bell for the victim to ring after they had said everything to indicate that they are finished speaking. Then, both abuser and victim will be interviewed by psychologists in separate rooms, and data will be compared to observe their perspectives of their situations. After that, a lawyer will judge whether the abuser is guilty or not. Abusers will most likely have a chance to be sent to jail if any form of abuse/neglect is discovered in the recordings or if they persist their behaviour after the test. This test could help alot of people to stand up for themselves. These poor people do not deserve the be silenced, because voices are meant to be heard, not muted. If victim is guilty of any violence, they will receive mandatory therapy and support and monthly psychology tests. If you think this idea needs to be worldwide, please repost this as much as you can, especially on other platforms. We can stop child abuse together if we work hard enough.

As a part in a system with hyper-empathy... I still don't understand the people who are so adamant about the (false) idea that somebody lacking empathy is automatically a bad person or should be correlated with abusive people who also lack empathy. Anybody is capable of abusing others- do not blame a disorder for any abusive person's actions.

Ffs please stop calling abuse *insert disorder* abuse, just call it abuse. Categorizing abuse based on the Abuser's conditions does more harm than "good".
