Oh my goodness I love soda. It is easily my biggest weakness.
I would drink one icy cola after another if it didn’t toy with my weight.
But it does, so I try watching how much I consume; however, with any weakness my intake fluctuates, and right now I'm sucking down a lot more then I should.
Heck, my scale tells me I gained seven pounds thanks to those extra fountain drinks I purchased over the holidays walking back and forth from the school with my little boy.
In order to drop some of this unwanted weight I'm gonna cut back on some of my excess soda consumption.
A few weeks ago I was introduced to a soda alternative.
It’s called Full Core, and it doubles as a natural appetite control drink.
One of these silver cans also provides 40% of the daily fiber needed to promote digestive health as well as the proper amount of vitamins and minerals I need in my diet.
Well, the design of the can led me to believe it would taste like a highly caffeinated citrus drink like Mountain Dew, but it’s lemon lime flavor reminds me of Sprite with a bit more kick.
The last couple weeks I drink one or two of these a day.
I even started taking Full Core on the subway to cut back on my candy eating habit when I commute.
Full Core is not available in stores around New York City, but it was super easy to order online via my iPad, and arrived within 5 days.
I was a little concerned I might get a box full of beaten up or punctured cans, but it arrived in perfect condition.
Since I started drinking Full Core a couple weeks ago, I have already cut a couple pounds off my waistline and I'm not in danger of moving up in a size of jeans. Phew.
