Have you ever asked yourself “What am I doing all of this for?” I have. At the moment I asked myself this question, I felt like quitting. Quit working on my businesses. Quit working to improve my relationships with others. Quit working in ministry. Quit writing books and the story goes on and on. In order to come to the conclusion that “quitting” was not the solution to the problems that I was experiencing, I had to look at the total picture regarding why I was feeling overwhelmed. It wasn’t the business or ministry that was the problem, it was “me” failing to delegate when necessary or get help when needed. It wasn’t the books, it was “me” setting unrealistic deadlines to complete the books. The only person that you can change is “you”. Today, I encourage you to review the total picture before you make the decision to quit. Think about what impact quitting will have on you, those connected to you and those who you are called to serve. Think about how you can make small changes that will help you avoid quitting. Sometimes, quitting is not the solution, but an instant bandaid to the gaping problem that you must address in order to actually be effective (Examples of the problem that you must address include: lack of engagement in self-care or failure to kill perfectionism). #royalclarityview #renewedmindset #stopquitting #YouAreNecessary https://royalclarityview.as.me/ https://www.instagram.com/p/CgzSaanO9u1/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
