And, the kitchen. It's cute.

I like the yellow cabinets and there's a small counter for 2. Plus, there's a full staircase to the 2nd level.

I have never seen such a beautifully decorated store-to-home conversion. This 1913 building in Mineola, TX, was originally built by the local Masonic Lodge - They had their meetings upstairs and rented out the store. The storekeeper also opened a post office inside. 3bds, 3ba, 4,564sqft, $349,900.

You can't see it in this photo, but there's a little garden fence around this patio in front of the store, to indicate that it's private property.

The main floor is open concept and consists of a living room and kitchen. There's a nice fireplace, and nothing particularly interesting, but the wood ceiling above is a nice feature.

In the middle there's room for a dining area.

And, lastly, there's a very roomy kitchen. The kitchen's quite nice and modern, has granite counters and flat-front light wood cabinets. A counter for casual dining has a wood top.

Hey guys, I need your assistance. I know there's a conversion of the store hair Close Curls for children and toddlers, but is there one for teen/YA/Adult males? I could have sworn I've seen a male sim with the hair somewhere, but can't for the life of me find it. Any help would be fabulous ^^
