Bud was terrified. They were used to being out in the rain, they even enjoyed it, but this was just too much. They were exploring by themself just like always when a huge storm started unexpectedly & nearly scared them to death. The wind sounded like angry screams & even with the wall they put around themself it felt like it was trying to rip them from the ground. All the plant child could do at this point is cry and hope for it to be over soon.

What was with the weather lately? Out of nowhere another storm had started and Bud had squeezed themself into a hollow spot under a tree wrapping vines around some of it’s roots.

With the storm outside being quite loud,it seemed that it was difficult for both Kabu and Melony to get some rest. Especially since they were in her bed this time.

She casually nuzzled against his chest and glanced up at her sleeping partner,letting out a small defeated sigh.

"Might as well. Doesn't seem like it'll die down anytime soon. Something on your mind,hon?"

*Lavinnia curled up in Yendy’s arms and let out a content sigh.  Closing her eyes, she nuzzled her nose against his chest in order to take in a strong whiff of his scent.*

*It was the raging storm that had awoken her, and the thunder continued to send shivers crawling through her.  The rain pounded against the window as she cuddled against Yendy.  Storms bothered her, as her days in the wild had left her exposed to the elements.  Various regions had storms of varying severity, and she had seen some truly epic thunderstorms when she roamed the flat plains of some region that she couldn’t remember the name of.*

*A bright flash caught her eye and thunder cracked almost immediately after, and she ducked her head.*
