Dad uses Skaven, so I got the Age of Sigmar introductory set so someone would get some use out of what im doing - but im keeping the Stormcast since no one in the family uses them and I need a trophy of my work 😂

currently basecoating 20 Skaven but I finished these fuckers the other day. gonna add layering and shading. I could paint these all day 💪🏼

Neave Blacktalon The first notably Fem Stormcast miniature. Focus of several novels and a couple of seasons of animation. I actually preferred the version of her in her first book. When her pre stormcast past was shaped/linked not to Be'lakor but to the Sylvaneth of the Dreadwood

Feeling a bit more like I could do her a level of justice, I painted her in her lore friendly colours. But I've actually painting this mini twice before. It was one of my early minis when I got back into the painting part of the hobby in a serious way, and as a kitbash Anvil of the Heldenhammer.

Test Stormcast. Turns out they look cool if you paint them in literally any other colour than gold, and literally any other style than pristine box art colours.

The Raven’s Hammers are a Strike Chamber of the Anvils of the Heldenhammer, drawn chiefly from the ancestral spirits of Shyish and Ulgu, the Realms of Death and Darkness. Their Stormkeep, the Bleak Needle, stands proud and firm above the mausoleum-city of Vaddenheim, within the Shyishian heroes’ Underworld of Hallost. As one with death and darkness, the Raven’s Hammers shepherd the souls of Hallost’s heroic dead and the living mortals of the Swordthegn Conclave from the depredations of the forces of Nagash, while keeping one eye open for other threats.

6913. Sometimes as a charity gig, Beast Boy will perform a comedy show he calls "One Man Jurassic Park". At the Jump City Amphitheater, Beast Boy will inform the audience of fun facts about various dinosaurs, and morph into said dinosaurs to illustrate his point. This show is extremely popular with families and young children.
