This is the view looking down onto the building pad. You’ll notice black plastic covering over the dirt pile and sloped areas of the project. The plastic is one small part of our S.W.P.P. The state of California requires us to have a storm water prevention plan in place during the rainy season. We are required to document any rain occurrences over 1/4”. The point of the process is to keep run off from the project from going into the storm drains and creeks.
