The core of the panels are made up a closed cell foam with osb laminated to the exterior of the foam. The panels have wood members placed with in the panels. It’s always difficult getting a good seal between the foundation and mud sill. We use triple guard from @protectowrap The product consists of a 3/8” closed cell foam gasket with a peel and stick face. The peel & stick seals to the foundation and mud sill. This video was taken 2 days prior to placing Concrete. Before covering or completing any stage of a project. Our company has a pre-checklist. That process will typically generate 4-5 items that was either missed and or needs to be adjusted. Typically they are easy to fix at this stage. But would be very expensive and time consuming to repair. We’re all fallible and have those days.
