The original concept art of my KNY OC, Kūhime Shizukuyami.

As I started writing my story, I wanted visuals to help bring the idea to life and make it feel substantial. I am not an illustrator, and I don't claim to possess drawing skills, but I feel incredibly confident in my writing. These generated images served as her illustrated foundation. Eventually, I was able to pass these concepts to human artists as references for commissioned work, bringing her final design to life.

The commissioned works of these artists, built off these initial ideas, now beautifully accompany my AU. But these images are what accompanied where her story first began.

The story is still in heavy development, but the pre-drafted content already extends past the Swordsmith Village Arc. The published chapters are just now approaching the Mugen Train Arc, sitting at a massive 142k words!

The Premise: Kūhime Shizukuyami is a reimagining of The Long Quiet from Slay The Princess as the Goddess of the Void, the Sovereign of the Empty Sky. When Tanjiro Kamado finds his family slaughtered, his sheer grief shatters her conceptual core. The two are spiritually bound in a partial soul-swap, forcing the ancient, unfeeling Void to experience the emotions of a highly empathetic teenage boy from Taishō-era Japan.

Seeking out the demon who holds her missing core shards, she accidentally develops a minor addiction to human altruism and joins the Demon Slayer Corps that the boy is now a part of—to “observe,” of course.

When she blazes through the ranks and wins a promotion to the top by defeating one of the strongest Hashira in a duel (twice), she catches the eye of the flashiest man in the Corps... and becomes his fourth wife. Over time, the cold stasis of her nature is thawed by the warmth of the Ember inside her, and the found family of the pack she has joined.

Ultimately, the broken Goddess must become whole once more. But if she reclaims what is hers before the boy's soul is ready, it could kill him—and destabilize the Void. To save her Tsuguko and protect the first true hearth she has ever known, the Sovereign of the Empty Sky must perform an impossible balancing act: navigating a bloody, mortal war without shattering the fragile boy carrying her heart, proving that even the deepest, coldest abyss can be anchored by a family's love.

Rarity - Voice of the Smitten / Pony of the Diamonds. Just yes.

Zipp Storm - Voice of the Skeptic / Pony of the Lightning. Detective lady with the deepest voice in the crew sans AJ. Check.

Rainbow Dash - Voice of the Stubborn / Pony of the Skies. Associated with Zipp a lot. Different demeanors.
