When Hunter and Huntress Wizard meet each other, it’s gonna be that meme exchange where both of them are thinking, ‘Oh, a version of me that didn’t transition.’

Adventure Times: Fionna And Cake - Season 2 Episode 1
I think Fionna has a type.....
Kinda fucked up there's a bit of an implication that Jack and Robby are so familiar with each other, especially their attempts to jump off the rooftop, that one of the first things Robby does in the show and his first shown interaction with Jack is him going to the rooftop where we see Jack is at the edge of it.
The more wild part is Robby knows when Jack more likely or more likely not to do it with the way Jack carries himself. So even though Jack is at the other side of the railing and on the edge of it, Robby notices Jack wearing his stethoscope and looking and observing at the sunrise and not downwards to his potential fall.
Jentry Chau vs The Underworld and Kpop: Demon Hunter
18,000 more of incredibly skilled fighter and magical girl and her demon boy who doesn't have a soul and working with the Big Bad villain.
Also the girl has amazing dyed hair and a complicated relationship with an older woman she sees as family but these family member continues to reinforce toxic beliefs about who she should be.
Also the demon boy only realized they do have a soul once they sacrifice themselves from an attack from the Big Bad villain and get to say their finally words to the girl they believe in (and slightly unhinge about)

Here are some animated pieces of media that have a Asian main characters! Besides having Asian protagonist of different backgrounds, there isn't much rhyme to how arrange this. I guess most of this can be shown to kids, except for JCVTU. I recommend checking the warnings for what that show depicts.
I'll probably add more like the connected movie series of Chinese mythology that surrounds Green Snake and her sister, White Snake. Another Chinese movie I recommend is 'The Legend of Hei'.
The animation for that movie is just phenomenal! It also present some great characterization for the amount of screen time it had.
The Legend of Hei
Jinu from KPop Demon Hunter and Kit from Jentry Chau Vs The Underworld
I can't help but compare this demon boy, Jinu, with another demon boy, Kit from JCVTU.
Even though Jinu once lived the life of a human and Kit was born as a demon, I saw Jinu more as a 'demon' than Kit ever was. Specifically his request to erase his memories.
Kit wanted what he assumed what made demon different from humans, a soul. If Kit had a soul, he could finally be normal like a human. Meanwhile, Jinu, at the very beginning of this movie, wanted to remove and destroy very few things left to call himself a human, his memories. Kit never asked for the destruction of something or someone, it's just his only way to achieve what he think will make him not a demon meanwhile Jinu is all fine being only considered as a demon and sees what hinders him is that of his human memories.
