I love Johnlock
And I’ve never been more heartbroken to be right about a ship in my life.
But I’m not surprised.
I’m not surprised because I live in the US South and this is the world we live in. Het ships will always be the norm in anything mainstream.
Haven’t you noticed that all LGBTQ films always have been produced by Indie studios? LGBTQ books are still published by indie publishers (including the fact that major publishers are starting indie imprints for LGBTQ books).
We still have to be hidden away until we are stable enough in our personal lives to come out…even then it’s not the safest thing.
In other words we are still facing the same issues Arthur Conan Doyle and Oscar Wilde were facing.
