It had been a little while since Niko had last been above ground, although it wasn’t voluntary. There had been a string of bandits that had tried to get into Abyss, and Aelfric had imposed a brief curfew on the inhabitants so he could handle the bandit problem, much to Niko’s small aggravation.
Though, the moment the curfew was lifted, the first thing Niko did was head up through one of the many passages. It was still rather early in the day, but Niko was more excited than ever to make his way out of Abyss, even for a short time. When he did emerge from the passageway, though, he was admittedly a bit lost, keeping himself towards the edges of the Church grounds as he made his way around, trying to keep himself out of sight of most of the students, while also looking for a specific student at the same time.
