Heather and Billy’s dates usual involve going to Heather’s house getting food (from parents or from a takeaway) and watching a movie or listening to music.
Heathers parents actually don’t mind Heather dating Billy. As long as he treats her right.
Tom can very much be the mean business man that he is at work but at home he is a lot nicer. He definitely is a lot better than Billy’s dad.
Billy and Heather like to recommend music to each other so their music ranges from Metallica to Madonna.
Heather has a adorable, cream Maine Coon called Oliver. Billy was having a silent freak out when he first met him because f l u f f y.
When Tommy and Carol found out about the couple the first thing Tommy did was hand Carol five dollars.
Billy and Heather still let people flirt with them and slightly flirted back but never got with anyone. The best perk of this was the fact that people who want a relationship will tip more majorly. Billy still let Karen flirt with him and arranged the meeting but was also planning on not showing up to put her off.
In this au Billy was not possessed by the mind flayer and therefore neither was Heather or her parents. So they did not find out about the whole monster thing until...
July 4th. When they snuck out of the carnival to go make out at the mall e.g. somewhere no one would be.
They both seriously freaked out and Billy immediately tried to get Max out of danger. These actions eventually lead to Eleven still escaping the mind flayer.
After this event Max and Billy ended up calling a sort of truce (and a talk about hiding relationships). They eventually came to understand that they were both really kids and whilst Billy’s actions were not excusable he did have his reasons. Because come on if you saw your younger sister with a bunch of guys she was only days before screaming at to leave her alone in a house alone combined with you having serious trauma around abusive men already, you might just assume the worst.
They eventually move in together using the money they saved up from working and a mortgage. It’s a small house in California and they bring Oliver with them. They do move before the events of season 4 but I do think one of the kids in California (either El or Will) do call Billy about what’s happening. He speeds to Hawkins pretty quickly. Obviously Max would not be Vecna’s victim this time as she doesn’t have Billy’s death as a trauma.
Also Billy kicks Jason’s butt. Heather might have helped.
