Some sugar, just not as much. Mustard can be sweet! I used to make sweet garlic ice cream sometimes.

I have the Kitchenaid ice cream attachment. I don't use it. I can send it to you.
On the one hand, I do have an ice cream maker; on the other, that would satisfy a deep urge in me to do away with one of my unitaskers.
