The way she talks about Garnet in particular really reminds me of homophobic BS, and I’m sure it’s intentional. Like the whole “please unfuse it makes me really uncomfortable” thing.

I just watched the episode, Amethyst and Pearl were getting along really well and Ame touched the butt, also I think Rose might have been a Kindergarten gem and I'm freaking out

ah, i dunno if thats the case! im pretty sure she’s a diamond. and that leaves two possibilities:

1. rose quartz took her name on symbolically when she rebelled against homeworld.

2. diamond is a title and she actually is a quartz. that could mean she was born on earth, but it's probably that all Kindergarten gems are drawn from rose quartz’s design and that’s why they’re all quartzes!

And it makes sense why they’d come to earth to make them... quartz is the second most abundant mineral on Earth! does that mean other kindergartens on other planets would produce other types of gems?
