hi bubs!! it’s okay it’ll pass!! i love you so much, thank you for always being such an angel :( and yes, for concepts...i don’t really know what this is but i hope you like it!
can you imagine like maybe over quarantine you were getting a little stir crazy (grumpy as HELL) so he’s just like
“Get your coat and meet me in the car.”
Stunned at the man’s sudden demand, you watched as he exited the house, guilt setting in immediately as you put your head in your hands.
Truly, you shouldn’t be taking any of your feelings out on Jimin. But with both of you home all the time and isolated from your normal routines, you were beginning to get frustrated with each other’s moods, one always annoyingly happy and upbeat when the other was down.
Standing from the sofa, you huffed as you tugged your jacket up your arms, muttering under your breath about how you didn’t even want to go anywhere.
“Where are we going?” You asked as you shut the car door behind you, habitually intercepting Jimin’s hand as he held your palm over the cup holders.
“We’re going to the mountain. I think we need to go to a happier place to remind us of better times.” He answered, reminding you to put your seatbelt on with a side glance, not leaving the driveway until you did so.
As he drove you along the highway, you noticed the sun increasingly sinking in the sky, quietly commenting on the bright colors as Jimin smiled at your already improved mood.
Pulling up on the familiar dirt road, Jimin cut the engine, gathering the blanket from the backseat along with the basket he’d packed only a half hour before.
“When did you do that?” You asked, blushing when he leaned in to press a kiss to your forehead, nuzzling his nose against yours as he only shrugged in response.
“I have my ways.” He smirked, draping the blanket over his forearm to empty his hand once again, freeing it to grasp your own as he pulled you along the path to the spot you’d first come to a few years ago now as one of your first impromptu dates with the man.
Eyes widening when he pulled a bottle of champagne out with two flutes, you chuckled at the sight, swiping his hair up off his forehead as his golden skin glowed underneath the sunset.
“I’m sorry I’ve been an asshole lately.” You sighed, Jimin’s features crinkling in a negatation of your statement, shaking his head as his eyes stared into your own.
“You’re never an asshole, don’t say that. On edge, yes, but everyone is right now. I haven’t been the greatest either lately, and I’m sorry for that, too.” He frowned, expression softening slightly when you pressed your lips to his, swiping your thumb across his soft cheek lovingly.
“You’re the best. Always.”
