Stress mode!
I'm seriously starting to stress out. I have 37 days til race day and I'm terrified I won't be ready! I have some struggles along the way but also some awesome training days. I know for absolute certainty that I have the run down. I've estimated that I've knocked about 15 minutes off my total run time so I'm not concerned there. I was feeling confident about the bike but what if I'm not fast enough? Or the swim? 35 more training days and I've started with a personal trainer to add some strength training in, so I know that will help. The only upside to the race day anxiety is that I've meal prepped everything for the rest of this week as well as next. #stressmode
