Today has been a pretty awesome monday!
Between starting a new second job and being more active today than i have been has been amazing. So I saw this awesome post on instagram about what to write in a journal or fitness documentation and I thought I’d give it a go.
First off is Nutrition for the day: Breakfast was a bowl of Raisin Bran cereal and whole milk. Venti Iced unsweetened green tea. Lunch was carrots, cheese and celery plus a lite ranch dip. A small cup of Fudge Stripe Cookies. Dinner was a McDonalds burger, fries and sweet tea.
Water intake was not as good as i thought it was going to be today. I think overall I had about 16 ounces.
Grateful for today: I am grateful for my aunt Barbara and her letting us stay in her condo until we can find a place of our own. I am grateful for new jobs and learning new skills. I am grateful for breathing and having another day to enjoy what the world has to offer.
Thoughts about myself today: Today I feel quiet and reserved yet strong and helpful. I feel like I can break out of my shell more but right now I am still observing the outside and making sure I can survive in it.
Strengths of today: selling (even though I hate it) made a great sale at my first job. Being well into the fitness field that i understand the lingo needed for my second job.
Wins of the day: Great start to the first day of the Ninja Challenge. Love learning and growing.
Goals of the week: Play a little more and get into playing on the work equipment so I can practice and demonstrate with the kids.
Forgiveness of the week: This week I forgive ex best friends for all that we have fought and are no longer speaking. I know who my true friends are even if we don’t talk everyday like we used to or even if its just a snap chat here or there. I know they are going through some shit and i hope that they get through it but I am not meant to be with them through their journey anymore.
Future Self: Where do I see myself down the road? I want to have a routine down of work, mental health relaxation, nutrition and growing my knowledge in the fitness field. I will be fully happy again. I know it will take time but I will get there. Currently I have two jobs that I absolutely love. I have an amazing place to live with an amazing man by my side supporting me in everything I do. Now to get back to me and get the happiness i felt when i was reaching towards my goals.
Affirmations: I am brave. I am strong. I am trying. I am positive. I am ready to learn and grow again.
