The first half of this tweet had me nodding. Then I got slightly confused until I caught up.
Loronar Cavalry-Class Strike Cruiser by Shoguneagle and Adam Kop (Father and Son of the Suns Infinities Setting)
Strike-class medium cruisers were general purpose military craft used by the Galactic Empire. Decently equipped with turbolasers, ion cannons, and tractor beams, strike cruisers were considered useful because of their versatility, as they were able to perform in many roles, from planetary defense to ground assault.

Clarion, shipmistress of the Strike Cruiser Diadem, daemon of Slaanesh
I really like this character. I like all of the members of Cohors Nasicae, since the author (there's only one who has really written about Lucius' warband) seems to have so much fun giving each of them a real personality besides "bad chaos guy number twenty".
‘Clarion,’ replied Lucius. ‘How is my ship?’ ‘You reek of battle,’ said Clarion with envious hunger. The ancient presence within that kept the child frozen in agelessness smiled through her lips. ‘I can see the lives of the ones you killed by the smell of their blood on you. I can hear their names. Would you like me to tell them to you?’ Lucius smiled. ‘Another time, my dear.’
And she has a little fiend as pet!
A lithe serpentine creature caressed the arm of her throne, rising from avian back-jointed legs and tasting the fragrant air with flicks of a dark tongue from its long tapered snout. ‘Be still, Incitatus,’ she whispered to the daemonic animal, running short, slender fingers over its head. The daemonic creature cooed in subservience, its sealskin flesh rippling in swirling waves of purple and blue. It circled for a moment, its snout bobbing from side to side, before it lowered itself down to rest beneath her feet.

Thought of the Day: Between the stars the ancient unseen enemies of mankind wait and hunger. Every voyage into the nothing is a confrontation with horror, with the implacable things of the warp, and with man's own innermost fears.
Thought of the Day: Success is commemorated. Failure merely remembered.
