#string shelving system

I swear I'm not a crazy person... but I moved things around again in the office.

I think I finally have it how I want it and am doing a combo desk/wall shelf system. Ideally I'd love the String Shelving System, but I think I'm going to go with one from IKEA. It's cheap and I'm thinking if I take some colorful spray paint to it, I can make it something a little more interesting.

I'm going to research a little more to fully see what my options are. Anyone have any suggestions of other shelving systems I should look into? Key is it being mounted to the wall.

Love this shelving system by String. Can't wait to get my own in exactly this set up but maybe a oak finish.
