i requested this beautiful art from the amazing @thlayli-ra and it's more beautiful than i could have ever imagined!!!!! based on @stripeydani's Randy-turned-into-a-snake!fic

Snake Eyes Chapter 1: “Oh wow.” A familiar voice had Randy turning, starting to get the hang of moving his new body around. Cody was stood in the doorway, still in his ring gear. “Where did you come from?”

With no fear at all Cody scooped Randy up with one hand, before holding onto him gently while turning him around as he looked at him closely. Cody huffed a little laugh as he held him up to his face to talk to him. “Aren’t you beautiful?”

If Randy could blush, he was sure he’d be pink by now. Cody talking to him in that tone of voice wasn’t something he ever expected, but he could definitely get used to it. Though Randy would never admit to being terrified, Cody was a welcome and comforting sight, and Randy just wanted to hold onto him. Almost instinctively Randy curled himself around Cody’s forearm, managing three loops. Cody smiled running a gentle finger over the shiny black scales.

yes so fallen lovers was originally going to go on to 2011 and cody and randy weren’t gonna start dating until the very end

when cody gets transferred to smackdown, he and wade barrett would begin to instantly bond and they wouldn’t really date, but they’d definitely fuck and be intimate with one another

but as always….. he can’t stop thinking about randy 💔

as i was writing fallen lovers, i realized i didn’t need to keep the story going per my original vision and could adjust the ending to suit the pacing so it would make more sense. i will mourn barrhodes but sacrifices must be made

Can confirm that the little bean was super wiggly, as was I for a good while since they didn’t feel like rolling into a good position for the scan. Being upright with their legs crossed and doing a little salute was apparently super comfy 😅
