exactly. They deserve better.

ive been wanting to compile a list of everyone on tumblr who understands what is going on and has offered A+++ solutions on how to fix the problem. some people i follow some people i dont.

but here is who i would hire to be on 1d’s management team …

1. irina ( sundy ) - this post - points out everything wrong with the current tour

2.  summer ( slothblog ) - she’s blunt. she points it like it is and doesn’t sugar coat anything. 

3. pray ( beforerains ) - educate the boys about the importance of diversity and smack some sense into them she’d also be helping caroline watson on their outfits

4. shae ( maurypovichofficial ) - all around person tbh. they need someone like him.

5. lexi ( zeysus ) - social media specialist. promoting the boys on every social media platform and interacting w fans

6. sahana ( @giggleshrug ) - this post - help the boys stay in mainstream media for a very long time

7. libby ( zaynsfreepalestinetweet ) - help bring more people into the fanbase. 

8. i can’t find the person who made that ‘why otra is a mess video rant’ but they would be on this list too

9. sonia ( blesskimye ) - lou is basically useless anyway and sonia knows so much about makeup

10. elle ( @pianolouis ) this post  - same as lexi/shae interacting w fans and expanding the fanbase

11. they dont have a name on their blog but theirstoryofevents bc of this post and the current ongoing discussion on their blog

12. riley ( problematicassharry ) - (i forgot u the first time sorry!!) but basically ur alot like shae. someone who would be an all around person

there are a lot more i would add to the list but this is just a short compilation of people who have the ability to blow the current 1d management team out of the water if they had the same resources.

The thing is they need a new management. The boys are no teens anymore & they don't act like they are. They need people who let them make their own decisions. What songs they want to write, how they want their music to sound, how they want their shows to be like etc. And what they need is a BREAK. Seriously they need a year off. Without touring, maybe just here & there a meeting for new songs etc. They need to live. I'm so mad at their management, they need to realize that the boys are humans.

honestly some of the people here on tumblr are smarter than 1d's management team. they realize if 1d continues this little parade they have going on they won't last long. i wish i could fire every one on 1d's management team and hire people who actually understand how to market shit. 1d is a good band. i wouldnt be here is they wern't but they arnt being marketed properly
