Creating a sign and shouting is only a portion of this. Go and donate to organizations that advocate for changes you want to see. Support BPOC and NBPOC owned businesses. Read books on the topic join chat groups or create groups to create dialogue and change. Listen to any POC that you can. And for the love of humanity, please VOTE. I know the system may make you feel like your voice doesn’t count or is unheard but by staying silent ensures that. This is not about flipping the entire system in one fell swoop. Think about what changes we can create now and how we want to ensure change in the future. Let’s be real and move the needle towards the world that we want a degree at a time.
Remember this is a movement, not a moment.
