Everything you do requires a firm foundation for you to operate from. Once you've established that foundation you can then play with high risk vs reward moves like the vew dew push up seen here Everyone I meet that doesn't perform push ups well has always complained about upper body strength being the issue. Or that they have a shoulder that is impinged. When come to find out they simply arent stability a priority in their training. So needless to say: YOU ARE ONLY AS STRONG AS THE DURATION OF TIME THAT YOU CAN STABILIZE. The first thing to learn to control over all else is your midsection. It is your center and therefore the nucleus of all movement especially in this position. Especially for sexually charged industries like personal training. The common misconception is that if they are visualized as hyper sexualized goddesses they will catch the eye of the consumer. Be that as it may, It shouldnt matter if if they are performers, models, or sex workers these women deserve your respect not your condemnation and unsolicited dick pics. The third number is the current status of Vets who don’t have healthcare in this country. Cousin Derek served in Vietnam. There weren’t a lot of options for black men like him at the time and like every one of the men in my family he CHOSE to serve his country. The things he saw there scared him for life. He never received help and turned to drinking to get through the day. Until he couldn’t take it anymore and took his own life. This is completely unnecessary! We must prioritize those that sacrifice their lives with something more then discounts at car dealerships and allowing them to board the plane first.
