Traditional skeletal structures have a clarity that is often missing in modern projects. Every joint responds to the climate, and every rhythm reflects the community. On cliffside sites, this clarity is tested by challenging conditions. Anchors go deeper, spans become shorter, and materials must be more precise. Still, when used carefully, these constraints can lead to even greater sculptural potential. I am gathering examples that show how this balance can be achieved.
