The struggle is real,guys..
So as some may have noticed I haven't been posting anything recently and i am sure I could come up with any excuse under the sun as to why but here is the truth.
I’ve been busy planning and attending my brother's wedding! He got married a couple of days ago and well.... I definitely fell off the wagon and gained a few pounds whether it's due to stress or just not paying attention to what I put in my mouth I'm still conscious of that fact I am guilty as charged.. So I have been getting back on track with being accountable for my food and working out again so that I can continue my journey to where i want to be.
I have been thinking about setting small achievable goals for myself in the upcoming months, the first main goal is I want to try and achieve a weight loss of 20-30lbs by my birthday which is in December. Now I know that anything greater than those numbers would be out of my league knowing my own body and my strengths so that is a big goal for me but for now I have set a small goal of 5lbs. If I am able to achieve that than I will be off to a good start towards losing my goal amount.
