general slay the spire headcanons cuz i made one rekated to pride month and im also tired as hell and need to yap a big run on sentence about this gmae and i would link thhe pride month one but im dumb as hell and dont know how to do that so

ironclad: he s very Sickly kinda. no hes not he just sounds like he is his voice is very raspy but its like people have gottwn used to it by now W . also he keeps his hair long I KNOW I MENTIONED I HC HIM AS TRANSMASC BEFORE BUT BEAR WITH ME he seems kinda like a “the longer the hair, the longer the life” kinda guy. long hair means youve lived a long life and living a long life is something to take pride in considering how Dangerous it is out there. regent keeps bothering him about putting his hair up or something in combat so it doesnt get in his face but he hates being touched And Besides long hair isnt really feminine all the time and the way he “stylizes” it isnt feminine. like you can obviously still tell hes a man but its not like “ewwww ew man has long hair like a woman eewww” or whatever its like “he has long hair ok” though . thag should be the response by default so what ,a man has long hair or is feminine BUT I DIGRESSalso i hc him as albino so his hair is naturally white and his eyes r kinda red naturally. he also didnt change his birth name because its already a gender neutral name 💞 im doing this so i dont have to come up with two different names for him. if he was an animal he’d be a bull

regent: HI hes my faovirte so im gonna have a lot for him grins. FIRST OF ALL starris’ Literal Translation from his language means ‘star planet’, and the reason he doesnt call it what he calls it in his native language is because its Stupid to pronounce (him and necro have had back and forths of her trying to pronounce it and regent getting upset because shes Wrong) so he just calls it starris because its easier and doesnt sound as dumb as star planet. (ive been slowly but surely figuring out what i want regents native language to sound like) starris is also much smaller of a planet than preon so regent actually genuinely Struggled to walk when he first arrived on preon cuz of the higher gravity in relation to starris. starrians dont really have gendered culture i think Like theres still masculine and feminine and neutral but theres no actual difference between male and female and whatever youre just treated as you. imo many starrians vaguely resemble zodiacs, constelations, etc etc. ive personally made regent based on the capricorn because his shoes looked like goat feet :-) that eventually led to me giving him a goat tail, then horns, then changing the tail to be more fishlike like the capricorn. he either gets embarassed or prideful whenever anyone mentions his tail. it depends on what they say about it. that being said, he doesnt actually like goats. he sees them as “lowly and feeble minded” compared to him. he can change his outfit at will. like he snaps and suddenly he looks fabulous-er. cough. when he first arrived on preon he was Stupid and didnt consider the fact that a different planet in an entirely different solar system would speak a different language so he just kinda walked around preon like a dumbass for a while. its like a baby learning its native language except its learning it long after its fully developed and the language learning parts of the brain have significantly weakened. he learned to tapdance after “moving” to preon. he doesnt know how to throw a basketball, therefore he will never be ballin because i hate him. he doesnt typically call Anyone by their actual names/names they go by unless in a dire situation. ironclad becomes brute, silent becomes rogue, defect becomes automation/mech/machine, watcher becomes monk (rain world reference), necrobinder becomes lich, and osty becomes the hand. he Absolutely sputters and flushes and bitches and whines whenever he cant afford something because hes the Regent hes supposed to be Rich and he Cant Afford That Chemical X He Wanted. he Hates when he cant get the last hit on an enemy. him and necrobinder bicker a lot. they kinda just cant get along. if ever in a situation where his Throne breaks/he isnt able to access it anymore, he’ll sit on defect’s shoulder thing. if he was an animal he’d either be a goat due to the headcanon (and i hate him) or , something else i dunno 👂im open to suggestions
