13. Who’s the most popular/mainstream artist you listen to?

I think currently it's probably Megan Thee Stallion lol. I love her and I think her music is a lot of fun. She gets a lot of unnecessary flack and it sucks, I think she has the best presence/character out of a lot of her peers. I don't know I just love her lol. Also I've been on a bit of a Drake nostalgia wave and listening to a bunch of his early tracks, so him as well.

22. What’s your favorite song or album from the year you where born?

I don't think I've listened to enough albums from 2002 to definitively decide what my favourite album of that year would be. HOWEVER, I gave Yankee Hotel Foxtrot by Wilco a first listen not too long ago and I really adored it! some excellent lyricism on that one agh. This is my fave track from it so far I think:

As for a song, while I'm not absolutely in love with Sea Change by Beck, I do really adore the first two tracks, Paper Tiger is lovely

Your tags on that gas post about spending $40 on a tank of gas really made me realize how much more expensive gas is here in California... I've been seeing all this about gas prices soaring on the east coast and thinking "oh boy glad that's not happening here!" But .... I have a 14 gallon tank and my NORMAL amount I pay to fill up is $50-60 😳😳 I guess y'all don't have the same gas taxes?? Wild.

Oh dang that’s wild because I live in NC and our gas is expensive for the south! it was around $2.70 a gallon before all this happened which was already pretty pricey even for here. hearing that another state has even more expensive gas than that is kind of shocking and i’m so sorry you all have to deal with those prices!

gazing wistfully out the window is the BEST especially if you’re in the car or on the bus listening to music its honestly one of my favorite things to do
