There’s a soft giggle as Tsubasa gently pulls his arm towards the bar, humming softly. “Well of course..~ Everyone’s gone out, and it’s just us.. so there’s no one to walk in on us, Obo~” She only lets go of him to jump up onto the bar, sitting on the edge and pulling him closer.

“Don’t tell me you’re scared~ Is the big bad Oboro scared of being caught? It’s only natural~” Tsubasa pures a sound out, not bothering to fix her shirt as the shoulder falls to the side.

how long have you been awake? (hitoshi to izuku <3)

' i have no idea. " it's an honest answer. izuku does not have it in himself to figure out the actual answer right now. he has not slept for at least half a week. dead on his feet. still there's something about seeing his feral cat of an ex standing there that makes him feel like the stars look a little brighter tonight. even against the light pollution.

he curls ups on the office couch saying nothing. ending up in what had their shared nap spot once upon a time. but now. now he feels cold and miserable. he should not be here. he should be out there. being a hero. doing his damn job. still izuku yawns loudly green eyes drooping.

izuku does not want to fall asleep. he has things to do. people to save. children that need him home. but still he's allowed to have flaws. he's allowed to be selfish sometimes. right? he's allowed to feel the keen sting of thoughts that drift away as he finally falls into a dreamless sleep.

imagine izuku's surprise when he finds out the room is still occupied when when wakes up again. hitoshi is still there. they are still here. still purple and pretty sleeping peacefully next to izuku. and for a moment, izuku's eyes fill with washed away tears.

hitoshi has always been very pretty when they sleep. an observation izuku had made somewhere earlier in whatever this was. long lashes. the cheek bones. the scar on their face that izuku remembers them receiving. it had been a dark day. not as dark as the as day they lost their leg. but it still rough on them. izuku resists the urge to smooth some of the beautiful purple of hair out of their sleeping face. just to kiss them.

in the end, izuku cannot risk scaring them off again. he won hitoshi over with consistency and determination. a trusting foundation built on a rotten floor. a house capable of rebuilding with help. this office. izuku's their house. the one that samu and yokkun ran around the garden and played in. there's a chance to build something new, something better. something just for them.

izuku does not notice when he's back in dreamland.

There is no denying it, Aphrodite is grinning. She is grinning wide, and now rests her chin in both hands.

"I feel a tingle. You have something going on." Her voice does not hide how giddy she is, how excited to know whatever excitement is going on in her grandchild's life.

"Tell me. Tell me everything."

Love has a way of sensing the bonds between people as they form, and even the potentials for a new one close to springing. Love of all kinds, though she always hoped for romantic or sexual love.

"ah, yes, well. . ." a hand is vaguely waved through the air as the sounds of sirens can be heard in the distance. tongue clicks against the roof of his mouth and compress shakes his head. ". . . you know how i just love my theatrics." arms move to cross over his chest, a hand motioning towards the window. "besides, they are now fully distracted. dabi and toga should have no trouble on their secret little mission now. though i suppose i should thank you for getting me out of there before the heroes showed up. now that would have been messy."

annabeth smiles softly, unafraid of him and willing to do what he wants. luke is her closest friend, the one that she trusts as much as a brother. at this point in her life, she would trust him with anything, having no idea what the future holds. she closes her eyes and holds her hands out in front of her. in a way, maybe there's a slight stirring deep inside of her, her instincts telling her not to fully trust them. she is, however, going to ignore that. likely, until it's too late.
