Ladies small ‘Satchel’ style shoulderbag.

Hi guys, another little project from myself ‘@handmadecp’​ here at the ‘Shaman’ Craft Projects Workshop in Manchester UK, the summer is slipping away and Autumn storms are upon us once again but I’m snug in my ‘toastie warm’ workshop and I have plenty to occupy my time. This is very similar to the Black Ladies shoulder bag previously shown which I did a complete build along for so there’s no point to me showing the same procedure, if you haven’t seen that yet you can find it in the Archive of my Blog which for anyone who still doesn’t know, has changed name slightly, It was previousley called ‘Beginners Journey into leather craft’ but after 6 years of learning this amazing craft I have changed it to  ‘A Journey into Leather Craft’, I’m sure you can still find it with the old name too so there shouldn’t be a problem. This bag has a few different features so I thought you might like to see a few pictures at least. As you will see there is only one strap /magnet closer on this one and I’ve added a small slot pocket to the outside front. I used an amazing looking ‘Maroon’ colored chrome tan leather all the way from our friends at Weaver Leather Craft in the good old U.S of A. I hope you like it and if any one out there in this big old world is having a go yourself please feel free to drop me a message I’d love to see how you are getting on as I’ve said before I’m not a Professional this is mainly a hobby which makes me some pocket money from time to time, my biggest kick from all this is knowing that someone, somewhere else on this planet is getting use and enjoyment out of something that I made with my own two hands...doesn’t get any better than that. so don’t be shy I’d love to chat to anyone where ever in the world you might be. P.s. The eagle eyed amongst you may have noticed I haven’t finished the stitching on the bottom part of the ‘strap’ hahahaha...oh well you can’t get it right every time, it will give me something to do. A couple of changes to this bag from the previous design, this one only has the one strap and a small slot pouch added onto the front. ( Yes..I have noticed the stitching isn’t finished on the strap....it soon will be hahaha.

Plenty of room inside and the stretchy nature of this leather allows for more, as it is here I could still have got more in it...depends what you need I guess. I love this color, it matches my note book that I made. ( build along on the blog in the archive.)
