Writing a resume isn't rocket science, but it can feel like it sometimes. With graduation rapidly approaching, I'm feeling the stress of finding job like many students. With our current times, it may even feel discouraging. But I want to remind ya'll to keep pushing through the hard times our hard work will be rewarded eventually. Heres a couple of tips I've learned during this process of tweaking my resume: Don't list your FULL address on your resume. Lots of companies use an Applicant Tracking System to screen and filter resumes. Resumes will likely be "tossed" because a complete mailing address would be flagged as personal identification information (PII). Cater your skills to the job description. These keywords are what the system filters for. Please, share some of your tips! PS. Don't forget to update your LinkedIn profile.
