I am reposting this morning’s post to highlight my cues when doing this move. (Now that i am awake and have time). Dumbbell renegade rows. I like multi- joint, multi-planar movements so this one is solid. Coaching points: Keeping your core right and resist the urge to rotate your hips to initiate the pull phase. This makes it difficult as you can easily use 10 lbs more per side of you cheat. Done correctly, you will be kicking your opposite leg in the air to counterbalance. Next is executing the close grip push up with arms tight to your body and no hinge on your decent to the floor. You are doing a plank. The standards remain the same. Your arms move but nothing else in your body moves: The conditions change. (Thank you TRX educators!). Static strength, rotational power. Push. Pull. Coolness✔️. That’s how we do. . . .
