Hi I need some advice. I'm in college and I have no motivation to do anything and I procrastinate A LOT. I don't even have motivation to write or do the things that I enjoy. I just want to sleep and lay around. How can I get motivated to do anything?

I’m going to scold you a little because I feel like you need to be told this.

Do you realise how many people would kill to be in your position? To be able to attend college and get an higher education? So many people can’t afford to go to school. Look at me and Sam. I’m a dropout and Sam had to leave school as well. He never wanted to leave and to be honest, I wish I had the chance to go to school. Education is one of the most precious gifts to be given. There are places in the world where education is not even an option to have. You have the chance to educate yourself, to better yourself, to learn and explore and you are throwing it away. Study for Sam and me, study and work for all the other people who never get a chance to go to school. School is so important, going to school is a gift.

I don’t know how to get you to motivate yourself. But at least do it for Sam who never got the chance to finish school.
