I recently discovered his chanel and i like it a lot ^^ ive never heard of a retrospektive time table bevor and i honestly feel like an idiot for not using this technique sooner
Instead of choosing spefic days on which you want to cover a topic which kinda forces you to predict the Future bc quite often it is hard to tell how long a topic will take and how long the info stays in your head you do the opposite, meaning writing all the topics down studying them and write the date on which you finished a topic next to it and state how well you unserstood and memoriesed everything with the traffic light highlighting system (red green yellow) and through that are better able to evaluate which topics you should revise more...im terrible at explaining just warch the video 😅
