Setting up my journal for Uni

I decided to revive my dead blog ^^ I toot a year of after graduation to volunteer in a Psychiatrie and will start Pharmacy school next week :)

11.10.20 / i spent the morning flipping through a japanese translation of the hobbit because i had a dream about the person who gifted it to me a long time ago. that set the ruminative mood of the day. right now i’m trying to consolidate research i’ve done throughout the week for my historical fiction wip. overall, my weekend has been peaceful. how’s your sunday going? hope you’re well ♡

Took a day off to give my mental health a break. Caught up on lots of schoolwork I’d been putting off for a while, and made some good progress with my assessment piece.

Today’s achievements:

Replaced violin string without snapping it

Half-way through first uni assignment

Research question established for chemistry

Up-to-date with literature

Tidied and vaccumed room

i started today out with a little bit of yoga. then i wrote/answered a few emails, made flashcards for an upcoming exam, revised physics and did some homework i didn’t finish yesterday. In the afternoon i went on a bike ride. afterwards i cleaned my room a little. now i will watch some netflix and go to bed early, so i can get up early tomorrow to revise a little more before school starts.

I recently discovered his chanel and i like it a lot ^^ ive never heard of a retrospektive time table bevor and i honestly feel like an idiot for not using this technique sooner

Instead of choosing spefic days on which you want to cover a topic which kinda forces you to predict the Future bc quite often it is hard to tell how long a topic will take and how long the info stays in your head you do the opposite, meaning writing all the topics down studying them and write the date on which you finished a topic next to it and state how well you unserstood and memoriesed everything with the traffic light highlighting system (red green yellow) and through that are better able to evaluate which topics you should revise more...im terrible at explaining just warch the video 😅

The circulatory system has consumed my last few days and I’m actually not mad about it. Paperless note-taking is getting better and better. The possiblities are endless, and mixing different elements is making me learn a lot more.
