made good progress on the schnauzer yesterday but I got hung up on the plastic armature that makes him posable.. there's a special tool needed to join the pieces that I don't have, but I've ordered and it should be here today. In the mean time I started "Harry the kitten" pattern. You can't tell but he's coming out really nice so far 😅 I'm doing all black instead of black and white though.
was in absolute flow state yesterday and got a lot of the schnauzer done. trying to push myself to get more done this morning before my package arrives with supplies to start a different pattern...i know once that's here I'm gonna jump ship on this project 🫣 we love adhd.

Most of the things I've been making lately have been entirely hand sewn; I hate the machine for small things and also long/thick fur. handsewing takes exponentially longer, but it can be quite a meditative process, and I find I can be a lot more precise in my work this way.
Jack 2.0 has a nice fur upgrade, and he will have a posable body and ears with a rotating head. I'm not sure if it'll be for sale yet...sometimes I get too attached to things I make 🫣
