Matunuck Oyster Bar, Wakefield RI.
Stuffed Lobster- 1 1⁄2 lb lobster with jumbo shrimp, scallops and seafood stuffing, served with mashed red bliss potatoes and Matunuck Farm Chef ’s vegetables.
Matunuck Oyster Bar is my favorite restaurant in RI. I don’t get to go there a lot but when I do I really enjoy the food, cocktails and atmosphere! It is right on the water and it is a perfect location to enjoy a delicious meal either on the outdoor seating, indoor seating or roof top!
This was my first time getting the stuffed lobster and I’m so happy I did. The lobster was stuffed with shrimp, scallops and lobster meat. The breading on top was light so you really could taste the seafood.
The breading on the stuffed lobster was just the topping of the lobster shell. The inside was all meat. When the two mixed together it was a delicious taste of the seafood and with nice crunch of the breading. The side of butter was key to enjoy all the lobster meat in the lobster! I really don’t have anything negative to say about this dish and it is the best stuffed lobster I have had to date 🦞
Based on presentation and taste of the stuffed lobster I would rate this dish a 10 out of 10. 🦞
