I have a cockatiel like yours and I got it at a place called feathered puppies, and I remember sunflower (our own cutie ^^) was the runt of the litter, so we took her in and raised her along with our rescue cockatiel named flegin (cutest make ever. He loves to greet new people ^^)

Excuse me miss, but where did you get your pure yellow cockatiel? I'm just curious cause I have a female pure yellow as well

(not a miss just so you know - I’m nb and use they/them pronouns)

I got my cockatiel as a rehome bird! her story is in my about. I’m not sure if she’d be considered a pure yellow or not - other pure yellow’s ive seen are much more vibrant whereas mine is more on a gradient of yellow to cream.

 I consider her more of a lutino or possibly a clear pied because she had brown eyes instead of red. it’s easier for me to just refer to her as lutino :)

She is very aesthetically beautiful and was raised going to the vet and on harrisons food by an elderly woman and between that and her likelihood of being a clear pied I’m assuming she was gotten from a breeder. The woman I got her from was suffering from alzheimers and the rehome was overseen by her son. she wasnt clear on butternuts (my cockatiel) origins and I wasnt going to push her. as long as i had a healthy bird I was alright with the rehome!

she was free for me and her cage was 50 USD. I have since upgraded it but i wanted the cage as a backup.

TL;DR i have no idea what her origins were - i just have a vague idea of the county she was originally sold in. sorry!

Because it's about as logical as how you can get the starter pokemons from a 2K egg. There isn't any, it's just what they considered rare

evee's are in the 10K egg because they are the only creature to have multiple evolutions, so they are considered rare

There are others with multiple evolutions, but there are also reasons why Eevee shouldn’t be in the 10K eggs! Who wants to waste their time hatching a 10K egg to get an eevee, when they could catch 6 just as easy?!
