First day of Winter semester and I'm going to be late for my one and only class of the day

Having a whole new piece to the story I am writing come to me while I'm riding in a bus on a bumpy road is terrible. I need to be able to put it down on paper so I don't lose it, but my handwriting becomes horrible with every pitch and jerk of the bus. Then before I know it, my pretty paper/writing turns into this terribly sloppy mess that makes me want to cry.
