He had trapped himself behind rules that he no longer wanted to follow, had fallen in love too hard and too fast - you are in his heart and if he loses you it will rip away a piece of him. His lonely heartbeat pulses in your veins, he can feel it when he kisses at your neck.
If he makes a move to make this anything more than "just for fun" he may lose you, love is not fleeting and you will be carved into his heart until he dies.
Your gaze is heavy on him but he tries to shrug it off, smiles in a carefree way that feels fake and plastic on his face as he leans in close to your lips again, releasing his covers from the death-grip he had them in just so he can bracket you in between his arms.
He knew he'd be on his back in less than a minute, your teeth at his throat and your fingers inside him.
"I just want to hurry up and have some fun." He breathes the lie into the air you're breathing, wicked smiles and swallowed confessions, ignorant that you already knew what he wouldn't say.
