Meditating and staying OFF of social media first thing in the morning has helped with my anxiety. I think starting the day with a clear conscience paves the way for a more internally peaceful day for myself. We’re holding so much in everyday and don’t give ourselves chances to really let go of the daily stress and stimuli that flood our minds. Key point 🔑 in saying that I do it in the morning as opposed to night, is that I allow my dreams to deal with the subconscious and that when I meditate in the morning, I have a clear conscience to reflect on what my sub conscience revealed to me the previous night, instead of compartmentalizing it during the day. Day by day, I’m slowly learning to cope in healthier ways. By no means is everything solved, but it’s continued steps in the right direction. Sweet dreams everyone ❤️

The secret to good horror be it a book or a movie is a healthy amount of ambiguity with just an edge of terror, nothing any writer can create is as terrifying as the havoc your own sub conscience can wreak upon you given the right atmosphere.

Spider Lucid Dream

I've had a lucid dream last night to where there was a small spider making a web right on the top of my ceiling, in my room. At first I felt afraid of the spider.(which is weird because in real life I'm not afraid of spiders). Later on I just felt the need to embrace the spider and what it was creating. The web which the spider created was a lot bigger than the spider itself. 

The spider I've saw reminds me of the spider which lives inside the shed, inside my backyard. The spider inside the shed made a massive web which covers half of the shed. Strange, isn't it?

Spider Dream Meaning:

Spiders  To see a spider in your dream indicates that you are feeling like an outsider in some situation. Or perhaps you want to keep your distance and stay away from an alluring and tempting situation. The spider is also symbolic of feminine power or an overbearing mother figure in your life. First Out Of Body Experience In a While

I've had my first "out of body" experience in a long time. This one felt different though. A lot more uncomfortable then usual. It all started with me having difficulty trying to adjust my sleep schedule since college is starting for me on the 4th of September.

When I finally managed to fall asleep I awoke in the morning for a few minutes only to find myself staring at the ceiling, my eyes were so glossy and tired. After a while I fell back asleep. My body started to move around a lot. My eyes were moving very quickly and rapidly. At that moment it felt like my face was shaking or something. I couldn't tell. Maybe the shaking happened, maybe not. 

Some time passed, I felt vibrations going through my whole entire bare body. I've had goosebumps and I was filled with sweat. I've heard some vibration sounds. The next thing you know I thought I was awake until I've realized that I was dreaming. During experience I believed that I could levitate, and I did.

When I awoke I went to the sink to wash my face. I've noticed that I was seeing rainbow colors out of no where. Sometimes I get this odd sensation to where I randomly see various colors on the floor of my house or even on my hands. I think this is energy to which I'm seeing. I've never told anybody this and yet I still wonder why I can see this energy.
